Shibu Nair is the founder of Joice Oneness Inclusive (JOI), a non-profit dedicated to education, inner transformation, and fostering harmony through mindfulness and meditation.

From a young age, Shibu’s inquisitive nature led him to question the "obvious" and seek deeper truths. In his late 20s, he turned to meditation as an experiment. Through years of dedicated practice, Shibu not only experienced the transformative benefits of meditation but also uncovered subtle patterns shaping his choices.

This awareness led to a profound realization: life always presents multiple choices at any moment. Among them, there is always a path that aligns with joy and fulfillment—even if it seems illogical / unconventional at the time.

Shibu’s spiritual journey has been deeply enriched by mystical experiences, meaningful synchronicities, and the guidance of Astral  Gurus and spiritual masters. His explorations have often taken him into uncharted realms, both inward and outward. Over the years, he has practiced diverse spiritual modalities such as Anapanasati, Vipassana, Kriya Yoga and Devi Kriya, while engaging with multiple organizations like PSSM, Brahma Kumaris, Osho, and Isha Foundation.

Shibu resides in North Carolina, USA, where he balances his role as a business consultant specializing in Cybersecurity and Generative AI along with his spiritual calling.

Shibu is a lifelong seeker and dedicated student of spirituality, passionate about sharing the transformative practices and principles that have shaped his journey. He conducts spiritual events and classes for both children and adults, driven by a mission to spread joy, foster mindfulness, and bring harmony to the lives he touches.
